Job Description
Randstad is partnered with a well established and expanding insurance company to recruit an analytical Accounts Receivable Manager. This role is a perfect fit for an AR leader who enjoys managing the delicate balance of agent commissions and company revenue. Candidates must have AR leadership experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and be able to comfortably commute to Boca Raton. This is a direct hire permanent opportunity offering a full benefits package including hybrid office work model and full benefits package.
salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable: Supervise the application of incoming funds to balances and manage the timely deposit of checks.
- Dispute Resolution: Lead the investigation and settlement of non-routine payment conflicts and complex inquiries from external agents.
- Commission Reconciliation: Validate that sales incentives and commission payouts are processed correctly, reconciling individual entries against total cash receipts.
- Strategic Reporting: Generate detailed monthly and quarterly summaries regarding payment trends and agency incentive status.
- System Optimization: Work closely with Operations to identify technical enhancements for payment processing and resolve system-wide issues.
- Compliance Oversight: Manage the resolution of stale checks and assist with the accurate preparation of 1099 commission reporting for all agents.
- Leadership: Create comprehensive training guides to mentor staff and implement streamlined procedures for the entire AR department.
