Incubator Lab is looking for a talented AI Video Editor to join our thriving team!
Role Objective:
You will spearhead the integration of AI tools into our video production pipeline. This isn't just about clicking "generate"—it's about using AI to scale high-quality performance creative at a pace traditional editing can't match.

Working Hours: Async-First We are a global, remote team. We don't care when you do the work, provided deadlines are met and the quality is top-tier. We do ask for a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and Slack communication. This ensures we stay agile and can iterate on winning ads in real-time.
