Job Description

IV Process: 2 Rounds (1st w/ Hiring Manager, 2nd w/ other Director); Teams (on-camera), approx 30 mins each.
Candidates need to have a strong background in Excel, which will involve knowing how to work with Trace Dependents, VLOOKUP's, creating Pivot Tables, and to a lesser extent, exposure to VBA. Additional skill requirements depending on the position will also involve working with Python and Databricks.
In addition to the technical skills listed above, strong candidates will also have background in working with PBMs to be able to understand requests and articulate guidance back to end users. Lastly, strong interpersonal skills and a natural curiosity when it comes to solving Excel related issues will be crucial to a candidate's overall success.
