Pratt Community College, An NJCAA two year public college in Pratt, Kansas, invites applications for the position of Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach/ Lateral Position to be Determined. Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the successful candidate will assist with the successful development of student athletes both in the classroom and on the court. Additionally, candidates will assist with the personal development of student athletes in a manner which reflects PCC’s commitment to competitiveness and ethical behavior. This position is responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of all aspects of a prominent and successful Division I NJCAA men’s basketball program, establish and execute a plan for competitive game strategies, schedule games, recruit student athletes, supervise team members during off-campus trips, arrange transportation and lodging, and manage the program and its budget. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to have a lateral position, which is to be determined. This is a full-time (12 month) position with excellent benefits.
