We're looking for an Associate Creative Director with an art background who is ready to stop being “almost there.” You're past the part where potential is enough. You're developing the instinct to look at someone else's work and make it better without making it yours. This job is the bridge between having the best ideas every time, and being a sherpa for the best ideas even when they didn’t come from you.
You'll have CDs who have been where you are, and want to help you get to where they are. You’ll lead teams. Love teams. Get in fights. Have the best days of your career and some of the hardest ones, sometimes on the same day.
