Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at Home Depot partner locations to increase visibility and engagement
• Educate store staff and customers through product knowledge training
• Engage customers through friendly conversations, answering questions, and providing excellent service
• Generate leads for in-home appointments
• Collect valuable customer data and feedback to support marketing strategies

Qualifications & Skills

• Enthusiastic and confident public speaker
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Knowledge of branding and event marketing techniques
• Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation preferred
• Ability to gather and analyze customer insights
