Position: Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative at Jonesbororealtycompany. As a full-time employee, you will work 40 hours per week and will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from clients and provide prompt and professional assistance

- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services and properties

- Schedule appointments for clients to view properties

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date on company policies, services, and procedures

- Meet or exceed set performance goals and targets

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
