Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, residential, and rental properties
Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces to company standards
Handle specialty cleaning tasks when needed
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Follow safety guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures
Communicate with clients and team leads professionally
Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety concerns immediately

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
Strong attention to detail
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — we provide training
