Are you a licensed Home Care CNA in Rhode Island looking for a consistent 12-hour night shift? CareCo Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care during overnight hours. Position Details

• 12-hour overnight shifts
• Consistent night schedule
• One-on-one care in a home setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive overnight supervision and care to ensure client safety
• Assist with nighttime routines, mobility, and personal care as needed
• Monitor client condition and report any changes
• Maintain a calm, professional presence throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with the CareCo team regarding client updates

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification in Rhode Island
• Two forms of valid identification
• Smartphone for scheduling and payroll
• Attendance at a mandatory, paid in-person orientation
