Corporate Associate | M&A

I'm partnered with a premier, growth-focused firm seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join its Corporate practice.

This is a strategic hire for a team handling sophisticated transactions for market-leading and innovative companies. The ideal attorney will have strong venture capital and M&A experience and be ready to take ownership of deals while mentoring junior associates.

What you'll lead and manage:

* Middle-market M&A transactions (stock & asset purchases, mergers, spin-offs, joint ventures)
* Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
* Corporate governance matters for public & private companies
* Cross-functional collaboration with tax, employment, IP & regulatory teams
* Direct client relationship management

This role offers meaningful client contact, deal leadership responsibility, and exposure to innovative growth companies across multiple industries. Life sciences experience is a plus, but not required.

Ideal Profile:

* 3+ years of corporate law experience
* Strong background in M&A
* Experience with entity formation, governance & securities compliance
* Ability to manage multiple complex transactions
* Strong drafting, analytical & communication skills
