We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Records Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. This is an easy-entry-level position ideal for individuals who are organized, focused, and able to work independently from home.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into company databases and systems accurately
  
• Update and maintain records as needed
  
• Review data for errors or missing information
  
• Organize and file digital documents
  
• Follow company procedures for data handling and confidentiality
  
• Communicate with team members when clarification is needed
  
• Meet daily or weekly data entry targets
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Basic computer skills (typing, email, spreadsheets)
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
  
• Reliable internet connection
  
• Good time management skills
  
• Previous data entry experience is a plus, but not required
