Job Description

Job Title: Production Worker

Job Overview

Work in a fast-paced production environment preparing products for shipment. This includes moving materials, packaging items, and keeping the work area clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Palletize and shrink wrap products
  • Move materials using a pallet jack
  • Weigh products and record weights
  • Lift and move bags up to 50 lbs (team lift over 50 lbs)
  • Push and move large wheeled bowls
  • Load, sort, package, and assemble products
  • Clean and sanitize work areas
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment safely
  • Follow safety rules and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
  • Help with general production and machine support
  • Work overtime (Fridays as needed)

Requirements

  • Experience in general labor, manufacturing, construction, or similar work
  • At least 1 year of steady work history
  • Ability to stand 8–12 hours and do physical work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Basic math/reading skills for weighing and recording products
  • Reliable and punctual (arrive early for pre-shift screening)
  • Willingness to learn forklift operation

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr.
