Job Title: Forklift Inverter / Pallet Repair Associate

Pay Rate: $20

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Inverter / Pallet Repair Associate to support our pallet recovery and product rework operations. This full-time position involves using a forklift to flip damaged pallets so that products can be repaired, reset, and placed onto a new or usable pallet. The role requires working closely with another associate who will handle the physical product and wrapping tasks. This is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Safely use a forklift to flip damaged or broken pallets.
  • Assist in resetting products onto a new pallet or the usable side of an existing pallet.
  • Support the pallet repair and recovery process.
  • Work collaboratively with another associate during physical rework.
  • Ensure products are properly stacked, aligned, and wrapped.
  • Stage completed pallets for production or shipping.

Essential Skills

  • Forklift experience is required for at least one role on the team.
  • Ability to work in a physical, hands-on environment.
  • Comfortable with repetitive lifting, stacking, and wrapping.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well as part of a two-person team.

Work Environment

This position involves standing, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. You will be exposed to industrial noise and dust while working outdoors in a fast-paced workflow.

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, RI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
