· Health Cloud Data Models o Patients, Care Program, Care Program Enrollee, Care Program Enrollee Product · Health Cloud Console configuration · Amazon call connect · Conga Composer to design and send email/fax templates · Email to Case,Web to Case and Vanity Email · Accounts, Person Accounts · Care Coordination workflows · Health Cloud APIs · Utilization Management setup · OmniStudio for Health Cloud Hands-on experience in Life science with one end-to-end development experience 5+ years of Experience in Core Salesforce skills Core Salesforce Platform Skills · Apex Programming · Visualforce & Lightning Web Components (LWC) · SOQL & SOSL · Salesforce Flows (Record-triggered & Screen flows) · Lightning Experience customization · REST & SOAP API integration · Salesforce Data Model understanding · Salesforce Shield features (Event Monitoring, Platform Encryption) Data & Security Skills · Salesforce Data Management · HIPAA & GDPR understanding · Security Model o Profiles, Permission Sets o Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules DevOps & Release Management · Git / GitHub / GitLab · CI/CD tools · Sandbox management & deployment lifecycle Integration · Integration Middleware o MuleSoft (preferred) o Azure/AWS Integration tools · Salesforce Connect & External Objects · Event-Driven Architectures o Platform Events o Change Data Capture (CDC) · Data Cloud Integration Certifications · Salesforce Certified Administrator · Salesforce Platform Developer I / II · Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional · Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant · MuleSoft Certified Developer (optional) · Salesforce AI or Data Cloud (optional)Roles & Responsibilities · Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and DevOps standards. · Direct the setup and optimization of the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Salesforce DevOps Center or Git to enable automated, high-quality deployments. · Define and enforce branching strategies, coding standards, and secure development practices across Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration components. · Govern the full release management lifecycle, including sandbox strategy, versioning, deployment validation, and production cut-over planning. · Oversight on the technical delivery of integration solutions, including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware integrations (MuleSoft)· Ensure code quality and compliance through peer reviews, static code analysis, unit testing, and adherence to security and audit requirements. · Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. · Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, conduct design reviews, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions. · Drive continuous improvement of DevOps processes by analyzing deployment metrics, addressing bottlenecks, and implementing automation to improve velocity and reliability. · Manage production support, including troubleshooting critical issues, communicating with stakeholders, implementing monitoring mechanisms, and ensuring quick recovery through rollback and hotfix pipelines. · Ensure compliance for HIPPA and GDPR etc Generic Managerial Skills, If any Clear Communication Skills to Interact with Technical & Business Stakeholders Leadership in mentoring teams and enforcing best practices across Proven experience leading or mentoring global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and engagements.
