Role: Valet Attendant - All Shifts
Pay rate: $10.98/hr tips
We are looking for Valet Attendants who enjoy working with a great team that supports your success and provides a fast-paced exciting work enviroment!
Guest Experience & Communication
Proactive Service: Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise.
Expert Guidance: Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets landmarks and freeways to assist guests with directions.
Transparency: Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers.
Vehicle Safety & Operations
Inspection: Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it noting and reporting any findings.
Safe Driving: Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.
Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents safety hazards or policy violations to management.
Professional Standards
Reliability: Arrive on time for every scheduled shift ready to work.
Appearance: Maintain a clean complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift.
Team Support: Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation.
What Youll Need:
Experience: Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST .
License: A valid state drivers license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus!
Availability: Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed including 2nd shift 3rd shift and/or weekends.
Communication: Ability to read write and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
Eligibility: Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes delays or unexpected events.
Physical Demands:
Active Role: Regularly required to stand walk and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods.
Movement: Occasionally required to sit climb or balance.
Strength: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs .
Safety: Must remain alert and professional while working in a fast-paced environment.
