Family Overview

A busy and welcoming family of five—two parents and three children—residing in Manalapan, NJ is seeking an experienced and proactive House Manager. The household is fully staffed with a housekeeper, full-time nanny, and weekend nanny. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate into an established team while taking ownership of the home's operational needs and ongoing projects.

Position Summary

The family is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, with a strong focus on coordinating repairs, managing vendors, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires someone resourceful, communicative, and capable of managing multiple moving parts with ease.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all household repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Coordinate and schedule vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Leverage an existing network of trusted vendors (preferred)
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
• Conduct regular walk-throughs of the property to identify and address maintenance needs
• Act as the main point of contact for all external service providers
• Maintain organized records of services, warranties, and home systems
• Collaborate effectively with existing household staff to ensure smooth operations
• Anticipate household needs and proactively implement solutions
