Position Summary: The Housing Navigation Supervisor will lead and oversee housing navigation services, supporting individuals and families experiencing housing instability. This role supervises staff, ensures high-quality service delivery, and works closely with community partners to secure safe and stable housing for clients.

Position Title: Housing Navigation Supervisor

Pay Rate: $28–$30/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Location: SBAOA Office – 5532 El Cajon Blvd Ste 2, San Diego, CA 92115

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support housing navigation staff, including training and performance management
• Oversee client caseloads to ensure timely housing placements
• Build relationships with landlords and community partners
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and documentation standards
• Monitor data tracking and reporting
• Assist clients with housing applications and barrier removal
• Coordinate supportive services and referrals
• Lead team meetings and provide ongoing guidance
• 
  Attend all mandatory trainings and ensure staff participation and compliance
• 
  Lead and conduct required outreach for the program, including community engagement, partner coordination, and client recruitment efforts to ensure program goals and enrollment targets are met

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience (housing navigation, case management, or similar)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of housing resources and tenant rights
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with diverse communities
• Bilingual preferred

Salary

$28 - $30 per hour
