Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)

We are seeking a licensed  Professional Land Surveyor to lead and oversee a variety of land surveying projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the  technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality of all survey deliverables , while supporting multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and certify ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys
• Sign and seal final survey documents
• Manage survey projects including scope, schedule, and quality control
• Supervise and mentor survey technicians and field crews
• Review survey data, plats, and mapping for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, and municipal agencies
• Assist with proposals, project planning, and client communication

Qualifications

• Licensed  Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)(or ability to obtain)
• Experience with ALTA/NSPS surveys, plats, CSMs, and boundary surveys
• Strong knowledge of surveying standards, statutes, and land records
• Proficiency in  AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar CAD platforms
• Proven leadership, project management, and communication skills
