My Epic gear is a new gear membership that provides all the benefits of owning gear, but with more choice, lower cost, and no hassle. Membership unlocks access to over 60 of the latest ski and snowboard models and the convenience of choosing in-resort delivery and daily slopeside pick-up & drop-off, at 12 North American resorts. All managed from the palm of your hand in the My Epic app.
Job Summary:
The My Epic Gear Associate is the face of the Member Services and Slopeside locations and acts as an ambassador to the My Epic Gear program. The Member Services and Slopeside locations are conveniently located throughout our resorts and offer our members a place to pick up their gear, request gear swaps, ask questions and assist members with making their reservations. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn multiple software programs, and the ability to work with a team or autonomously.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $21.78/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
