  • Track assignments, deadlines, and follow-up tasks across departments
  • Assist with customer inquiries and communication support when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling business information
  • Support remote office operations and workflow management
  • Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer support, office assistance, or related fields preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email communication, and online scheduling tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
