Job Title: Cooler Selector

Location: Minooka, IL

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM start time – Mandatory stay until production is complete (daily overtime may be required)

Job Summary:

The Cooler Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and preparing refrigerated products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in cold temperatures while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and select products based on order sheets or voice-pick system
• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks (if certified)
• Build and stage pallets for shipment according to company standards
• Ensure product quality and proper handling to prevent damage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred
• Ability to work in a refrigerated (cold) environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work overtime and stay until production is complete
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Work Environment:

• Cold storage environment (cooler setting)
• Fast-paced, physically demanding role
