Job Description

We are seeking experienced commercial roofers to join our dynamic commercial projects team. As we ramp up our operations in the spring, we offer full time positions based on performance and attendance, providing a steady and long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough carpentry work on commercial projects.
• Use hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
• Measure accurately using tape measures.
• Operate nailers and saws with precision.
• Meet at the shop every morning and travel with the crew to project sites.
• Work effectively in various weather conditions, adapting to both hot and cold days.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Proficiency in roofing and construction techniques.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools related to roofing.

Work Environment

Work at various commercial sites, experiencing a diverse range of projects. Be prepared to work in different weather conditions, including both hot and cold days. Daily work involves meeting at the shop and traveling to sites with the team.

This is a Contract position based out of Ephrata, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
