Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Sr. Treasury Analyst - Systems & Compliance located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be a member of our Treasury and Global Business Services team reporting to the Global Treasury Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate market data for the Treasury Management System (TMS) and valuing all derivatives globally Additionally you will be responsible for handling compliance activities. In this role, you will work collaboratively both within Treasury and with various business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of activities.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

· Reconciliation of the MTM and notional reports from the TMS and bank counterparties

· Responsible for adding new data curves for new hedging programs as well as adjusting current market data sets in TMS

· Leads improvements and upgrades in the TMS working with consultants and IT2 and acts as a system lead and project manager for the global TMS

· Supports SOX controls, processes and policies for Global Treasury

· Supports the administration of all global banking platforms.

· Responsible for Treasury compliance activities including supporting KYC requests, DoddFrank/EMIR reporting, DTCC, LEIs, and other required policies and regulations for financial derivatives as well as foreign bank account reporting (FBAR)

· Responsible for the daily maintenance, improvements, and efficiencies required to keep the Treasury operations team running; this includes but is not limited to cash management data management, workbench/process map maintenance, and ad hoc requests.

 

Key Ingredients:

· You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Finance or related field. MBA, CTP, or CFA a plus

· You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in global treasury, finance, bank back office, or other relevant analytical finance role

· You have experience with Treasury Management tools, specifically IT2 a plus

· You have a very strong technical finance, accounting, and trading background and the ability to understand financial derivative hedges and how they are valued.

· You are proficient with Bloomberg, complex excel models, and data analysis, with strong attention to detail

· You can manage competing priorities among several stakeholders and excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions as necessary

· You challenge the status quo to eliminate inefficiency and improve end to end processes

· Your actions are fueled by strong customer service, and you have demonstrated the ability to effectively influence and collaborate without formal authority

· You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $83,200.00-  $109,200.00(posting salary range) + 10 target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
