Job Description

We are looking for part-time teachers who are passionate about engineering and STEM education and are available to teach classes on weekends and after school.

1. Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM-related field (e.g., Science, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Prior teaching experience, especially with children aged 6-12, is preferred.
- Passion for STEM education and the ability to make learning fun and engaging.
- Excellent English communication skills and a creative approach to teaching.
- Familiarity with hands-on, project-based learning methods is a plus.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and able to inspire young learners.

2. Class Settings
- Student Age: 7–12 years old.
- Class Size: 4–6 students.
- Class Schedule: Classes are usually held between 18:00 and 20:00 Beijing time on weekdays and weekends between 09:30 and 18:00 . Each class lasts 2 hours, with 2–4 classes per week.

3. Remuneration
- Basic Pay: 200–300 RMB/hour.
- Monthly Completion Bonus: 30–50 RMB/hour, awarded upon successful completion of classes.

4. Notice
Our center is located in Haidian Beijing . We are looking for a teacher who is currently living in Beijing.
