Job Summary

The Vacation Package Sales Greeter will attend events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador. In this sales-based role, you'll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience.

What You'll Bring:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Generate and maintain engagement of guests at marketing booth culminating in smooth handoff to Vacation Package Sales (90%)
• Maintain the display booth to promote a clean and professional appearance, assist in the setup and breakdown of events and display equipment. (5% time)
• Performs other duties as needed (5% time)

The training pay rate is $19.75 per hour, with opportunities to earn commissions during the first 60 days. After 60 days, the hourly pay rate will be $17.75, with continued eligibility for commissions. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including—but not limited to—performance, experience, education, skills, prior training, and work location.

How You'll Shine:

Education

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)

Knowledge and Skills

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.

Job Experience

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $19.75 - $19.75 plus commissions and bonuses.
