This is an OUTSIDE SALES position. You will travel locally and meet clients in their homes. No cold calling. We provide the leads; you provide the personality.

Your Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in customer support, retail, or a related service-oriented field.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; you can explain complex topics in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
  • The "Human" Touch: A demonstrated ability to manage customer inquiries with genuine empathy, professionalism, and care.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with customer support software, CRM systems, or tablet-based sales tools is essential.
  • Problem Solver: Strong attention to detail and a "find a way" attitude when helping families.
  • Reliability: You have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
