Family Law Attorney

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Family Law Attorney to join our growing and collaborative legal team. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with 4 7 years of continuous family law experience who is looking to take on meaningful client responsibility while working on sophisticated and high-impact matters.

In this role, you will manage a broad range of family law matters and work closely with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and strategic legal solutions. You will play an active role in guiding clients through complex and often sensitive legal matters while contributing to a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all aspects of family law matters including divorce, child custody, domestic violence matters, and related family law proceedings
• Handle complex financial issues involving estates, cryptocurrency assets, closely held businesses, venture capital funds, and sophisticated executive compensation structures.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents with strong attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams on complex disputes.
• Prepare and manage financial disclosures and related case materials
• Work with financial experts and other professionals as necessary to support case strategy
• Prepare for and participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials to achieve successful outcomes for clients
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and team members to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service
• Participate in ongoing professional development and community engagement initiatives

Requirements :-

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the State Bar of California
• 4 7 years of continuous family law experience in a private law firm environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage client matters effectively
• Experience representing clients before judicial officers and during mediations
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and financial disclosures
• Proven ability to collaborate with attorneys, experts, and legal professionals in developing strategic solutions
• Excellent written, verbal, and courtroom communication skills
