Your contributions will help create realistic enterprise environments where frontier AI agents are trained and evaluated, ensuring that the tasks reflect genuine challenges faced in the sales and marketing landscape.

• Participate in a 1-hour live video consultation, detailing your job functions including CRM steps, outreach cadences, deal stages, campaign workflows, pipeline reviews, reporting, handoffs, and stakeholder interactions.
• Share your organizational methods by walking through Drive folders, decks, briefs, segment plans, campaign calendars, dashboards, and email threads, highlighting the platforms you use such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft, and Tableau.
• Identify multi-step workflows that involve multiple applications, files, and stakeholders, especially those that would challenge a frontier AI agent.
• Optionally engage in follow-on task authoring, using your scoped workflows as a foundation for tasks that AI agents will be evaluated on.
• Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking, with your work directly influencing how leading labs train and assess the next generation of AI systems.

• 5+ years of full-time experience in sales, account management, or marketing within a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software.
• Experience in roles such as Account Executive, SDR/BDR, Sales Manager, Customer Success, Account Management, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Management, Partnerships, Marketing Operations, or RevOps.
• Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), outreach tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities, capable of translating complex sales and marketing workflows into structured, reproducible task specifications.
• Comfortable narrating your workflow live and responding to follow-up questions in detail.

This position involves hourly consultations, with the opportunity for strong contributors to engage in additional task authoring work.

The hourly rate for this role ranges from $50 to $90, based on experience and contributions.
