Overview
We are seeking a motivated, clinically strong Clinical Specialist to support a growing territory across Oregon. This is a field-based role focused on providing in-case support, delivering product expertise, and partnering closely with surgeons and clinical teams to drive utilization.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior clinical experience who are looking to transition into the medical device industry and build a long-term career in sales.

What You’ll Do
Provide intraoperative support in the operating room across multiple accounts in Oregon
Act as the clinical expert on products, instrumentation, and procedural workflows
Train surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on proper product usage and best practices
Support product evaluations, trials, and new technology adoption
Partner with sales leadership to drive case growth and account expansion
Manage case logistics, including scheduling, inventory coordination, and follow-up
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and patients
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree
Clinical background strongly preferred , including:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Physical Therapist (PT)
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Athletic Trainer (AT)
Comfortable working in the operating room environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to meet with patients
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Willingness to travel extensively across Oregon
Compensation
Total Compensation: ~$120,000 (base + bonus)
